The Brand Strategy role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize the Raytheon Technologies brand and position the company as a technology and innovation leader, and trusted partner. The role demands a high level of collaboration, working closely with internal stakeholders, internal creative teams and external agency partners.Responsibilities:
•Recommend, develop and execute strategies for branding, advertising and storytelling to optimize the Raytheon Technologies brand.
•Partner across Corporate Communications and the businesses to deliver brand strategies to campaigns and major efforts
•Use data analytics to develop and refine our creative approaches.
•Discover and share the latest innovations within branding, advertising and storytelling.
•Work with internal and external agencies to continue to the build out of a Corporate digital asset system for brand assets that span graphics, photography, video, iconography, audio, trade show and experiential support, etc., for use by all global stakeholders.
•Lead teams for special projects and products, like company positioning efforts and the annual financial and corporate social responsibility reports.
•Lead the development of the RTX brand narrative, voice and tone.
•Liaise with the business brand leads to create collaborative approaches for corporate brand unity with distinction for the businesses.
•Work closely with the research team to lead brand research efforts to understand the reputation and attributes of the RTX brand and its businesses among key audiences. Use findings to help shape advertising and storytelling efforts.
•Work closely with the brand identity manager and internal creative partners to ensure the RTX and business brands are aligned throughout the organization.Desired Skills:
•12+ years of brand communications or marketing experience.

Undergraduae degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or similar disciplines. Master's degree pefereed.This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
