Position

As the Associate Director within our Global Infrastructure Services group, you will be a major contributor in defining service governance across enterprise productivity, collaboration, messaging, and mobile services within Raytheon Technologies. Your experience creating an environment of risk awareness and promotion to drive risk reduction for the company will be key. In order to accomplish this, you would have a clear understanding of government and technical regulations and be able to apply them to processes and procedures aligned to enterprise tools.

We are looking for someone that has proven analytical and problem-solving skills with internal business tools. Your knowledge of current digital technologies will be critical to ensuring management and mitigation of vulnerabilities, issues, and risks. This role will partner with service owners to register applications, manage compliance, controls, and testing events meet Corporate requirements. You will be working in a dynamic, high-performing, and highly visible environment.

Responsibilities

• Align to the Digital Strategy and digital productivity portfolio
• Define operating model, key deliverables
• Establish process effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Drives the development and improvement of a strong GRC framework (Governance – Risk – Compliance)
• Ensures the organization's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic imperatives of the organization
• Manages a portfolio of productivity solutions by analyzing exposures (Maximum Foreseeable and Probable loss scenarios), seeking endorsement for risk appetite (retention) levels, specifying customized terms and seeking competitive placement and broker services
• Identify and mitigate risks to company’s digital solutions, specifically within the MSFT GCCH solutions

Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years of experience in Risk Management
• Technical understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with desktop engineering and Architecture
• Exceptional analytical and leadership skills
• Experience with regulatory and audit examinations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

• Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Continuing education in the risk field is a plus
