The Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (Space ISR) Product Line of Space Command & Control (SC2) at Raytheon Intelligence & Space (Rl&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Space ISR is a diverse portfolio with ~$2.0B of annual revenue. This opportunity will strengthen business results and provide exposure to all levels of Space ISR and SC2 leadership. The effective candidate will be a strategic business partner, requiring clear communication, cross-functional relationships and collaboration to ensure the accuracy of our financial forecasting and a thorough understanding of the product line plan and program health. The candidate will ensure the successful implementation of financial close and consolidation, Operating Reviews, Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Planning, investment analyses, balance sheet management, revenue synergies, budgeting, rates, forecasting, analysis and communication of the financial status of the Space ISR business.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and make recommendations for financial forecasts and outlooks
  • Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Planning Development
  • Balance Sheet Analysis and Management
  • Coordination of EAC reviews, ensuring compliance with policy and internal goals
  • Track and analyze department overhead budgets
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Evaluation of investment decisions to enhance returns
  • Identification of risk and opportunity for the business
  • Ad hoc requests for the business area
Required Skills:
  • Typically 12+ years of Finance experience related to financial analysis in a highly matrixed organization
  • Previous FP&A and Program Business Manager Experience
  • Proven leadership in related positions
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to flexibly work in a dynamic changing environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Self-guided and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex data to a diverse audience
  • Experience guiding teams across a large organization
Desired Skills:
  • Previous DOD / Aerospace Experience
  • Active Security Clearance (or equivalent crossover)
  • Accounting, Budgets and Rates experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP APEX, RPlan, BW Reporting
Required Education (including Major):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related field
