As the Head of Executive Assessments, Coaching & Development within the Talent organization at Raytheon Technologies, work will focus on implementing and executing a strategy regarding executive assessments, coaching and development while ensuring alignment across our business units and within the corporate function.

This position also requires the ability to implement a robust change management strategy for new initiatives, prepare executive-level debriefs and report-outs and the ability present at various corporate forums and meetings to advance work in this space.

Executive Coaching Practice
  • Manage the Executive Coaching Practice which provides coaching services to different levels of executives/leaders across our global workforce
  • Collaborate, liaise and manage our 5 preferred Executive Coaching suppliers
  • Manage and Chair RTX’s Executive Coaching Council
  • Create and implement Coaching Solutions to support other Talent disciplines
Executive Assessments:
  • Design and execute assessment strategy for Talent Pool nominees across RTX and its businesses including the development of procedures and systems
  • Create and implement a global framework on the use and application of different types of assessments across RTX for talent initiatives at all levels
  • Create and implement a framework for accurate analysis and reporting of assessment data, identifying trends and any changes needed to maintain standards
Executive Talent Development:
  • Co-manage the RTX sponsorship program for top talent
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the areas of opportunity for our top executive talent that is aligned to our business strategy through the use of assessment data, development plans and talent reviews
SME Member of following corporate initiatives:
  • Talent Pool Strategy: ensure alignment of the talent pool strategy with the assessment strategy
  • IDP: work with the L&D lead responsible for the global IDP implementation to ensure a robust IDP for our executive talent
  • 360: work with the L&D lead responsible for 360s to ensure a robust internal 360 for our executive talent
  • DE&I: liaise and collaborate with DE&I for initiate/product launches
Requirements:
  • Expertise in assessments & data analysis
  • Expertise with managing an Executive Coaching practice or executing coaching engagements
  • Experience with Executive development
  • Ability to develop corporate-wide strategic initiatives
  • Growth, results and action orientation
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to balance big picture, strategic thinking with tactical implementation

Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years
prior relevant experience, or
An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
