The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Raytheon Technologies is a cross functional, fast-tracked leadership program focused on early career talent, with proven potential to be leaders – both during and upon graduating from the program. The program incorporates three in-person, enterprise cross-functional sessions held over a two year period.

Our Global Trade Professionals, part of Office of General Counsel, are the company experts in the compliant execution of international business in accordance with U.S. export and import laws and regulations. Export/Import (EX/IM) controls protect national security and are critical to our global success. Global Trade professionals enable Raytheon Technologies to make sound business decisions by providing governance and guidance, to all functions, relative to the mandatory requirements and company processes.

The GTLDP Program participants are given challenging assignments that will develop functional skills. Participants may have the opportunity to travel throughout the country to attend training sessions that provide not only EX/IM specific training but also finance, process improvement, leadership, and business acumen. Participants will visit Business Units during the program and will have exposure to Raytheon Technologies leadership across the company.

The GTLDP is a two (2) year program, consisting of two (2) one (1) year rotations. Each rotation will take place at a Business Unit in our US locations.

Please note: The recruitment cycle for the GTLDP runs through the Fall of 2020. The next Cohort of LDPs will start June of 2021.

Types of degrees recruited: Graduate degree in fields such as (but not limited to): International Trade, International Business, Economics, or International Studies. Copies of transcripts are required when applying to the RTX requisition.

This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Required Skills:
3.0 Cumulative GPA (out of a 4.0 scale)
Willingness to relocate for the two rotational assignments during a two-year period
Demonstrated history of Leadership
Graduate (Master) degree must be obtained between December 2020 and June 2021
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance*

Desired Skills:
Internship in International Trade Compliance
Initiative, strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
