Location:1F 80 Chun Choi Street, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong
Performs technical/mechanical/inspection functions pertaining to the aircraft component overhaul process. Must be familiar with all shop equipment operations and its maintenance and able to work with little or no supervision.
Conducts receiving inspection of in-coming assemblies/components in accordance with established procedures and technical data. Performs disassembly, cleaning, inspection and assembly of aircraft component according to customer’s specifications, airworthiness directives, applicable manufacturers’ CMM guidelines and company operating procedures. Completes necessary related documentation in accordance with established procedures. Maintains proper segregation and identification of components in progress. Performs final product preparation of units to be shipped. Maintains current knowledge of and complies with customer/Aviation Authorities (EASA, FAA, HKCAD, etc.) technical data as applicable to the work assigned. Provide support to Managers in managing daily shop activities Performs general shop and equipment maintenance Lead the shop to carry out continuous improvement activities Consistently demonstrates a commitment to continuous process improvement Monitors metrics in the work area Corresponds with Headquarter/other Service Centers counterparts and Customers with production enquiries, schedules and process improvements Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned
Higher Diploma or above
- General knowledge of our products and services, and facility operation
- Three (3) years of relevant knowledge and satisfactory experience related to aircraft/aircraft component maintenance.
- Mechanical experience a plus
- Knowledge of 5S, and continuous process improvement
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
