Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate personal commitment to Safety by adhering to all EH&S legislation and regulations
• Demonstrate responsibilities in Compliance with Quality and Code of Ethics at all times
• Refurbish aircraft blades and vanes through Advanced Coating processes (e.g. Electrode Beam Physical Vapor Deposition and Cathodic Arc coating)
• Conduct pre coating tasks (preparation) essential for coating process
• Ensure adequate setup of machines critical for coating operations
• Ensure parts are refurbished in accordance to required operation standards and procedures
• Monitor and understand process controls to ensure parameters are met
• Ensure safe machines operations and readiness at all times
• Require to equip with basic process troubleshooting knowledge
• Conduct turn around (TA) for machines and fixture maintenance
• Participate in continuous improvement events / activities (CORE)
