This candidate will require interpretation, implementation and utilization of the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, JSIG, ICD policies and procedures, as well as have a thorough understanding of OPSEC. This position will assist and support critical SAP & SCI meetings, provide security guidance and support to the RI&S Leadership and personnel residing at RI&S Headquarters. This position will communicate and collaborate with the RI&S Global Security Services (GSS) Leadership, Product Line Security Business Partners, peers across RI&S, as well as Industry and Government. As a leader within the RI&S GSS organization, this position must participate with confidence in all areas of Program Security execution and have the flexibility to overcome challenges.
The candidate will need to demonstrate leadership, managerial skills, a service-focused attitude, as well as the ability to work confidently with all levels of employees and customers. The ideal candidate will be controlled, poised, and tactful in stressful situations, paying special attention to what others are saying and their meaning. The candidate will require not only tactical and managerial skills, but will also require a diligent, confident and results oriented work ethic. The candidate must be able to be effective in a dynamic, deadline driven environment, and deal with complex and vague situations. This individual will routinely interface with all levels of management, leadership and government customers.
The candidate must be able to manage and participate in the following responsibilities:•Be able to interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with the DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, 5220.22-M NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security Directives.
•Manage, develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and addendums, Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), etc.
•Assist in creating, updating and administering security education, training and awareness to include program indoctrinations and debriefings.
•Review, conduct, and assist self-inspections and recommend/implement corrective actions.
•Oversee/Participate in Government Inspections, as well as implement corrective actions.
•Have an understanding of program administrative work; visitor control, program related investigations, TS accountability, dispatching and receiving program documents/material, and resolving other related Program Security issues.
•Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers and Senior Management across multiple program sites and business units.
•Manage and assist in presentation preparation for program status and reviews (internal and external).
•Ensure compliance with applicable Government and Company regulations.
•Communicate and Collaborate across multiple organization levels (i.e. Individual Contributors to Sr. Executives).
Required Skills: •US Citizenship.
•Existing TS and SSBI/PR within 6 years.
•Previous supervisory/management experience.

•Prior CPSO experience.
Desired Skills: •Experience in the Special Programs environments, and understanding of Government guidance to include the NISPOM and DoD Volumes.
•Security related certification and training courses.
•Experience with SIMS and JPAS databases.
•Working knowledge of Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
Required Education (including Major): •Bachelors Degree
