The marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans and managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing and communications strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials, channels and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and communications results to senior executives. The position will report to the CMO and interface with the C-suite team members across the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·Implement go-to-market plan created by CMO for products and services to be provided in KSA and eventually to MENA.
·Build relationships with target industries, including government relationships
·Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
·Oversee current offerings and evaluate initiatives for new products or services
·Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
·Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
·Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
·Develop digital market marketing strategies
·Ensure marketing programs align with public relations and other communication and sales activities
·Manage research initiatives by implementing the entire research process, select the appropriate research methodologies,
·Manage research vendor relations, interpret and analyze data and information, as well as synthesize disparate data, developing reports, communicating and presenting research finding and implications to members of the organization
·Develop detailed strategic competitive intelligence on major customers and competitors
·Lead the development and implementation of market opportunity datasets in partnership with the Strategy and Analytics team
·Responsible for collaborating internally with functions and mission areas, to identify and provide well-researched assessments of the company’s competitiveness across a wide-range of market segments
·Developing and maintaining a detailed, information based approach for evaluating relative competitiveness
·Building an ongoing portfolio level assessment across the business to drive key business decisions
·Manage a team of other market researchers and set requirements for internal market research team
·Prepare and give presentations to management on matters concerning business strategy, market planning and analysis, product selection, and changing business environment etc.
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
·Master’s degree is highly preferred for the role
·8+ years of relevant experience
·Working and leading defense programs or new business captures
