Raytheon Technology's NASA EED-2 Program is seeking a Product Manager to work in a dynamic Agile environment that ensures the accurate and timely design, development, and deployment of products to the NASA Earthdata Cloud. Earthdata Cloud is a core capability in NASA’s Earth Observing System Data Information System (EOSDIS), which provides end-to-end capabilities for managing NASA’s Earth science data from various sources – satellites, aircraft, field measurements, and other programs.

As a member of the Raytheon Technology's EED-2 team you will ensure adherence to operational agreements and polices (including response times), compliance to program and NASA standards and requirements (including Section 508 compliance), leveraging of industry best practices for automation and scalability of assets, and implementation of issue detection and alerts.

The following duties are expected to be carried out by the Product Manager:

•Defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable cloud-based products that meet customer needs over time.
•Collaborating with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs for cloud platform usage.
•Supporting the Agile Release Train (ART), for cloud platforms, in delivering value through the Program Kanban and Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
•Defining Releases and Program Increments (PI), as well as participating in PI planning.
•Managing and prioritizing the ART capability backlog, as well as ensuring product completeness.
•Performing in the role of an Epic Owner, to develop and manage the epics that affect their ART.
•Developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap, for use towards coordinating the work of multiple Product Managers, ARTs, and Suppliers.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and/or Skills:

•Bachelor degree and at least 10 years of agile development experience.
•At least 6 years of people management, including relationship building with key stakeholders.
•At least 4 years of communicating technical findings with non-technical stakeholders.
•At least 2 years of working with subcontractor team members in an Agile development environment.
•Experience with conflict management between two or more parties.
•Ability to ensure that developed products are moving in the right direction, in step with the product vision, goals, and objectives).
•Knowledge and understanding of application hosting, including the use of Cloud Services in an Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) or Platform as Service (PAAS) environment.
•Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including basic storage and serverless services such as S3 and Lambda.
•Familiarity with DevOps automation, including Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating RACI charts.

Desired Experience, Knowledge, and/or Skills:
•Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Must be able to pass a National Agency Clearance with Inquires (NACI) screening
