Sr Assoc, HR Operations – Executive Compensation Support

Raytheon Technologies People Services organization is seeking a high-energy, self-starting business professional to support processes impacting executive data and programs for assigned business unit.  This job can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, own, and approve all executive transactions for Collins Aerospace
  • Provide top-notch professional customer support to business unit HR and executives
  • Prepare materials for executive transaction approval
  • Manage executive hire and departure process
  • Liaise with IT, payroll, and tax teams to ensure accurate data maintained and processed
  • Update and maintain employee files and records, and maintain utmost confidentiality
  • Support executive data reporting requests
  • Conduct executive data audits
  • Submit and track special payment requests
  • Update and maintain standard work and related documentation

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience or education
  • Professional human resources or compensation certification(s) or accreditations a plus

Experience and Qualifications

  • Three years’ experience in executive program support, human resources, or equivalent experience
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and quality; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including:  Word, Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), and PowerPoint
  • Able to work with highly sensitive and confidential material; possesses good business judgment and ethics
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Must be US Person (US Citizen or Green Card holder)
  • Prior Human Resources experience preferred; benefits and/or payroll experience a plus
