The team supports the development of our organization’s global mobility strategy, provides governance and oversight in international tax matters, and is highly focused on customer support while operationalizing all aspects of mobility tax for our international assignees. The selected candidate will be involved in all phases of Raytheon Technologies mobility program and reporting in support of assignee deployment, sustainment, and repatriation. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing proposal support to Global Pricing Solutions, maintaining compliance with the Raytheon’s Tax Equalization policy, learning/understanding domestic and foreign tax compliance regulations, reviewing and handling employee payroll forms, analyzing assignment Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), reviewing international assignment compensation allowances, reviewing and understanding employee tax equalization calculations, and reviewing foreign tax returns. In this position, the candidate will interface directly with employees in all international locations, partner with International Assignment Services, Global Mobility Solutions, FSS Payroll, and interface with KPMG offices in foreign locations.
