This position will be responsible for leading the O365 program across Raytheon Technologies. Scope of role includes developing end user strategy for O365 across the world, implement the tools, develop pan ongoing cadence with Microsoft to ensure updates are clear and easy for the user, and work with the operations teams to on the operating model implementation, with the goal of accelerating adoption and organizational transformation. Additional focus will be on supporting business unit engagement to align strategies, integrate teams, and optimize operations. This role will help to implement O365 to enable our workforce to be more productive and collaborative resulting in better products for our customers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develop an O365 end user strategy across the BUs and various user personas.Implement O365 across the BUs and corporate teams with well thought our change management collaborating with the architecture, operations, collaboration, and user experience groups.Develop and maintain user capability mapping for the O365 product suite aligning with the target state end user experience.Align with the operations and desktop teams to ensure deployment, patching and upgrades are as seamless to the user as possible.Build a culture of collaboration and integration across the combined organization by leading cross-functional engagement for O365 across all infrastructure and business unit teams.With a user focused mindset, employ security and compliance strategies to O365 to mitigate known and anticipated risks.In all areas of responsibility, the incumbent is responsible for providing full compliance with the “Company Policy Statement on Contracting with the United States Government” and the “Company Code of Ethics”, which include, ensuring subordinate staff are aware of the policies and that their responsibilities and actions comply and support these policies. Demonstrated leadership with organizational presence, authority and responsibility to set priorities, track and drive execution.
12 Years Experience with BS or BA Degree in a technical program desired
Or Advanced Degree with 10 years experience desired
Newington, CT or remote with travel to other company locations as required (approx. 30%)
Required Status: US Citizen or US Person required as work may involve visibility to ITAR related projects.
