We are hiring for an Inside Sales Representative in New Berlin Wisconsin. This is a role where teamwork and excellent communication skills are critical to successfully expanding the Business Unit. This position is for an Inside Sales specialist who will perform high-volume data entry as well as manage customer accounts. They will review, prepare and process sales orders. This could include responsibilities such as part number and pricing and lead time validation, MRP review, contract review and customer portal acknowledgement. This person must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.  This person must be very professional both verbally and through email exchanges. They must be able to work with cross functional team to problem solve.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily responsibilities for customer accounts including purchase order entry, shipping/tracking information, open orders reports, forecast updates, revenue data and typical problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provides technical expertise to current and prospective customers.
  • Responsible for daily communication with customer and internal cross functional teams.
  • Provides quotes for standard and aftermarket product.
  • Assists with the proposal generation process.
  • Responds to routine sales leads from sales engineers, sales reps or managers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of Inside Sales experience OR
  • Advance Degree from an accredited university and 3+ years of Inside Sales experience OR
  • In lieu of a degree, 9+ years of Inside Sales experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience working with all levels of leadership and stakeholders
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to Advanced experience in the following systems/software: Microsoft Office.
  • Excel SmartView, PowerPoint, HFM, SAP/Business Warehouse, Workday, AgilePoint and Tableau.
  • Macola ERP and/or SAP System experience a plus.
  • Basic Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel knowledge.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Contract review experience a plus.
  • Previous data entry experience.
