Role Overview - Supply Chain New Product Introduction Analyst

  • Responsible for data validation in support of digital tool development
  • Supports Supply Chain specific reporting opportunities to include (but not limited to) database creation, contract database creation and management, standardized reports to support metrics for varying levels of the organization.
  • Will serve as the focal for structural alignment and completion of weekly/monthly Supply Chain reporting
  • Custodian of supply chain business processes and sets overall vision for the processes and IT tools. Optimizes efficiency by identifying and implementing supply chain processes, systems, tools and metrics
  • Manages policy and procedure development and document control, IT tools and Master Data
  • Maps and models supply chain business process flows
  • Create test plans and training materials for solutions
  • Calculating (and investigating) complex metrics and datasets
  • Packaging results into deliverables to be presented to various levels of leadership
  • Building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and other tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience OR
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, R)
  • Familiarity with database/query languages (SQL)
  • Prior experience working with and analyzing large data sets
  • Experience with Tableau or any other data visualization tool (dashboards, graphs)
  • Prior experience creating reports and reporting to senior leadership.
  • JDE or SAP experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Openness to learning new systems/processes/technologies
