Oversee ongoing and future new product introductions for the Collins Monroe MRO facility
Partner with other BU leaders to establish and align strategic plans and objectives
Lead matrixed team of engineers, buyers, customer service representatives, cell leaders, and technicians to successfully launch new products for the site
Define, prioritize and drive execution of milestone progress in line with strategic plan and annual financial objectives
Maintain and manage expense and capital budgets in conjunction with finance team
Lead ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) value stream mapping and cell design events
Coordinate Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) in conjunction with other sites to effectively launch new products
Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural, multinational environment and mobilize cross-functional high-performance teams.
Experience with building teams, strategy deployment and execution, maintaining a high standard of execution.
Knowledge of standard operations, financial and business processes.
Experience with continuous process improvement and change management.
Experience working in a technically driven aerospace, or similar, repair facility.
Ability to develop, manage and deliver strategic projects.
Effective problem solving.
Strong interpersonal skills, especially as applies to coaching and mentorship
Experience managing and motivating a diverse team
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR
Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a US Citizen
