We are looking for an Export Licensing & Compliance Administrator (Contract) to join our team!

Technical Requirements:

• General administration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of ERP-LN is an asset
• Must be able to work in a quickly changing environment and have the ability to multi task while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Applying for and/or maintaining government export permits and authorizations
• Able to review and have a basic understanding of export control agreements, licenses/permits, and export/import regulatory language is preferred
• Ability to assess and execute tasks relevant to Export Control
• Basic knowledge of International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations, Manufacturing Licensing (MA) and Technical Assistance (TA) is desirable

NOTE: This is a temporary, full time Contract position to range from 18-20 months.
