We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic IT Customer Service Analyst who has a great attitude and keen to learn. The IT Customer Service Analyst responds to customer service requests, incidents, and enquiries and is a key member of the Business Services team. As the face of IT you strive to improve standards and customer satisfaction levels as a great communicator using all available channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage of non-standard requests/ incidents and promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate. Maintains records, informs users about the process, and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
  • Following agreed procedures, identifies, registers, and categorises incidents. Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate. Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
  • Carries out agreed operational procedures of a routine nature. Contributes to maintenance, installation, and problem resolution eg, provides guidance to reference materials & demonstrates best practice as required
  • Monitors & identifies gaps within the service delivery performance metrics. Liaises with managers and customers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached without the stakeholders being given the opportunity of planning for a deterioration in service.
  • Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications. Assists with specified maintenance procedures.
  • Completes basic IT tasks such as: password resets, unlocks accounts, remote access issues, system access requests
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Requires practical knowledge of client computing hardware / software (Windows and Office Applications)
  • Experience in maintaining and updating Active Directory
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a minimum of Baseline Security Clearance. Eligibility can be found at
