Raytheon Technologies is seeking a communications professional to lead the development of a national cyber security awareness campaign in Kuwait. The Cyber Project Manager - Communications is the primary interface with the customer in collaboratively developing the cyber security awareness campaign. This position will be the focal point for coordinating efforts with subcontractors responsible for development of awareness campaign deliverables, and will lead the Kick-Off Workshop for the awareness campaign, holds periodic reviews, tracks effectiveness through established metrics, monitors the day-to-day operations and provides direction for all major awareness campaign decisions and plans. The incumbent must possess the ability to manage all work package aspects including development, implementation, budget, schedule, deliverables, profit and loss, customer relationship/interface, and direct the activities of other team members.

Responsibilities and scope also include:

• Oversee the deployment and execution of the awareness campaign solution
• Coordinate with stakeholders to insure successful transition awareness campaign to the customer at conclusion of contract
• Assist with developing the communications vision and strategies of the program
• Provide awareness campaign leadership and coordination
• Participate in kickoff workshop, subsequent reviews, and development of awareness campaign
• Attend meetings with customers, stakeholders, team members and represent Raytheon Technologies in matters pertaining to the awareness campaign
• Facilitate workflow and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Management of key processes and tools to ensure most efficient and effective solutions are possible
• Enthusiastic and energetic performer able to work in a fast-paced, highly visible setting working in dynamic environments requiring ability to assess and prioritize tasks, managing time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
• Self-motivated and capable of performing tasks with limited oversight
• Ability to deploy to Kuwait

Required Skills:

• Eight years’ experience in a customer facing role
• Proven Leadership and Communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating with multiple team members and stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills; establishing and maintaining working relationships with all levels of customer organizations, customers, users, peer groups, associate contractors, and vendors
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills to customers and senior leadership
• Experience in planning, tracking, and the completion of assigned project/program milestones
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
• Ability to the identify, manage, and mitigate technical risk
• Ability to deploy to Kuwait to support program and business goals

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in the Middle East
• Team building and motivational skills
• Six Sigma and/or PMP certification
• Experience with SharePoint
• Spoken Arabic

Required Education:

• B.S. /B.A. or higher in Business, Communications or related field
• Eight years’ project management experience with a high school diploma may be considered in lieu of a degree

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
