Raytheon Intelligence and Space is seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead a large, diverse, highly technical, and geographically dispersed Team where resource trade-off decisions are made daily to ensure contractual obligations are satisfied, the workforce is postured to effectively support current/evolving mission needs, and Customer satisfaction remains high. As the Kodiak Program Manager, you lead support efforts to a Classified Government Customer responsible for Records and Information Management, Classification Management and Policy, Archives and Records Center oversight, Records Digitization and Automation, a variety of enabling functions, and provide the strategic thought leadership necessary to advance Mission interests. The potential on this Program to expand laterally across the Customer base and support larger Intelligence Community interests is high and requires an individual who can: think strategically; respond tactically; possesses strong business acumen; has the professional ability to motivate and align a 250-person Team toward success; the interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate at all levels; a strong Mission/Support ethic; and takes proprietary pride in Team performance.
Key responsibilities include: establishing, monitoring, and effective execution of Annual Operating Plans; workforce management, development, and effectively posturing for real/perceived Customer needs; assuring prudent investment and financial viability; defining, refining and effecting cost containment strategies; providing demonstrated value in service offerings; maintaining balance across competing Customer, Workforce and Business equities; and providing the leadership/expertise necessary to achieve tactical and strategic growth initiatives.   • Strong communicative, collaborative and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Must be a self-aware individual who is approachable, responsive, open to perspectives, and leverages the collective strengths of the Teams he/she supports.
  • Possess a strong business acumen and ethics with the ability to see the big picture, apply analytic and problem-solving skills, make informed/educated decisions, understands the importance of communication, and possess a continuous improvement mindset.
  • BS Degree in an Engineering, IT, or Business Management discipline.
  • Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
  • Working knowledge of Intelligence Community functions dealing with Records Preservation.
  • Customer and Business references who might offer insight to the essential skills and capabilities identified above.
