- Development of Verification Cases, of Test Enviroment & of Verification Procedures
- Performing Verification
- Formal Documentation of Results
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical - , Communications - , Aerospace - and Astronautics Engineering or comparable studies
- Minimum 1 year of project experience in digital HW design (industry or academic) desirable
- Hardware Description Language: VHDL, Verilog
- Scrpting Language (e.g. TCL)
- Windows/Linux (user, scripting)
- Mentor ModelSim/QuestaSim
- Xilinx ISE/Vivado
- MicroSemi Libero
- DOORS/JAMA
- SVN/Clearcase
- Avionics HW Development Standards (DO-254), alternatively automotive or medical
- Video Standards (e.g. NTSC/PAL component video, VGA, SMPTE SDI, Display Port, ARINC 818)
- Modern interconnects (PCI-Express, Ethernet)
- Legacy I/O standards
- Digital Video/Image Processing
- Memory Interface Standards (DDR3/4)

- Fluent English skills desirable
