Secure Sensor Solutions (S3) Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in El Segundo, California, to support the Assured Systems programs in a classified environment. This position assumes a lead role within the Finance group to ensure coordination and communication across Finance, IPT Leadership, and Program Management.

This team member will establish baselines and lead monthly Earned Value reporting internally and externally. Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) will be performed and will require you to partner with other functional leads and perform analysis providing informed business decisions. Individual will lead proposal effort which includes the creation of the Cost Volume. Candidate must thrive in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment.

Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of related finance experience
CURRENT ACTIVE Secret Clearance-REQUIRED
Experience in providing financial and business support for contract activities
Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of SAP
Experience in preparing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Good Earned Value analysis, management and reporting capabilities
Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools; and independently create and accurately analyze cost data
Good organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines; ability to multi-task
Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc) in program financial planning and analysis
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication
Experience in organizing, preparing and presenting analysis


Desired Skills:
Experience with APEX and/or MPM EV
Experience with new contract set-up
External EV reporting experience (IPMR and CFSR CDRLs)
Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis

Required Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
