Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) Digital Technology (DT) Cybersecurity and Compliance has a position open within our International, M&A, and JV Cybersecurity group. This position will play a critical role in partnering with a diverse set of stakeholders and facilitating an acceptable cybersecurity posture of our RI&S International locations, Merger and Acquisitions (M&As), and Joint Ventures (JV). The individual selected for this position will leverage their deep understanding of cybersecurity to analyze a broad set of applicable cybersecurity requirements (e.g. customer/country specific), business acumen to understand business execution requirements, apply risk management techniques to outline cybersecurity strategies and approaches, and obtain stakeholder and leadership agreement on path forward. The individual selected for this position will leverage their deep understanding of cybersecurity to analyze a broad set of applicable cybersecurity requirements (e.g. customer/country specific), business acumen to understand business execution requirements, apply risk management techniques to outline cybersecurity strategies and approaches, and obtain stakeholder and leadership agreement on path forward. The individual will be required to:
- Build, maintain, and continuously strengthen diverse partnerships that are multi-cultural (US and International), multi-organizational, multi-disciplinary (Engineering, Operations, Legal, Export Control, etc.), and multi-hierarchical (contributors and leaders)
- Documenting and maintaining International, M&A, and JV organization information including sites/locations, key stakeholders, reporting structures, etc.
- Assessing diverse sets of applicable cybersecurity requirements (e.g. customer/country specific) and business mission execution requirements
- Facilitating relationships and shaping future expectations necessary to meet business mission and cybersecurity requirements and maximize efficiencies and execution
- Facilitating assimilation/utilization with RI&S standard DT and cybersecurity solutions (technologies, processes, etc.) where appropriate
- Providing specific cybersecurity architectural, design, and solution guidance required to ensure an acceptable security posture and meet applicable business and cybersecurity requirement
- Apply risk management techniques that balance cybersecurity, mission, operational risk, compliance, and business risk that ensure an acceptable cybersecurity posture
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of international work experience (directly abroad and/or virtual)
- Minimum 8+ years of diverse cybersecurity experience across the following domains: security and risk management, asset security, security architecture and engineering, communication and network security, identity and access management (IAM), security assessment and testing, security operations and software development security
- Certified security expert – ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of cross-functional project team work experience
- Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills
- Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present analytical data to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience presenting to and communicating with high-level executive leadership and obtaining concurrence
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and be fully accountable in a geographically dispersed virtual and fast paced work environment
- Familiarity with project management concepts
