Join our Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) and Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) Program Operations teams and contribute to the next generation of airborne jammers in support of national defense. Responsible for the growth aspects of the product line. This position has the responsibility to focus on all tasks associated with Growth from an Operations point of view for the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) product line. These tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: organization of On Time Delivery (OTD), manufacturing plan creation; capacity analysis; recurring and non-recurring cost Basis of Estimate (BOE) and reasonable development/analysis; Manufacturing Readiness Assessment; creation of Manufacturing Maturation Plans (MMP); identification and planning of operations related investment desired to achieve Price to Win (PTW) and MMP; Capital deployment planning and overseeing; influencing design to achieve cost and schedule targets through DFMA/DTC/DTUPC and producability studies; Transition To Production planning; transition planning of existing work to other factories. This role reports into the EWS AEA Program Operations Lead.

Required Skills:
• 10 years minimum work experience in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Program Administration ability to adeptly use impact without authority in a matrix organizational structure
• Extensive knowledge of EAC development
• Transition to Production experience
• Experience conducting make-buy-where’s
• Excellent command of the integrated product development system (IPDS)
• Understanding of partnering between program administration and operations/manufacturing
• Able to present program status utilizing business and project administration resources and procedures including IPDS, EVMS, Risk Management, Financial Forecasts and EAC required program statuses
• U.S Citizenship status is required as this position requires the ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security Clearance within one year of start date
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems

Desired Skills:
• Experience with AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) radar products
• Knowledge of program organization practices
• Expertise in gates 3 through 10
• Existing/active DOD SECRET security clearance

Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Desired Education: Bachelor or Masters of Science STEM degree from an accredited University or College with a major in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics or related technical field180209
