Join a high performance program team and be part of an exciting military development program.  We are looking for a high performing program administrator to manage a classified program space.  Help create the future for the program, for military aviation, and for Pratt & Whitney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office/clerical support, including ordering supplies
  • Manage schedules for meetings and conferences in classified facilities, making adjustments based on constantly changing priorities and scheduling conflicts
  • Schedule travel arrangements, complete detailed meeting and travel itineraries and monitor and complete expense reports in a timely manner
  • Assist the program manager and leadership team in delivering documents and briefings
  • Escort visitors in classified space
  • Manage office space including coordination of personnel moves, facilities, etc.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and key customers
  • This role requires the work to be performed onsite.

Basic Qualifications:

  • AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
  • The ability to obtain a current US DoD security clearance of SECRET or higher is a prerequisite for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You are a self-starter requiring minimal supervision to accomplish assigned tasking.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
