Powering all the U.S. Air Force’s F-15 Eagles and the majority of the world fleet of F-16 Fighting Falcons, Pratt & Whitney’s family of F100 engines are used by 23 air forces around the world.  As part of the Fighter & Mobility organization in Military Engines, the F100 Program Management Office (PMO) supports this diverse set of customers in new production engines & modules, spare parts and sustainment activities across the globe.

We are looking for a talented, self-starter for the new role of F100 Program Data Strategy Manager to implement data analytics and user-friendly tools to drive more efficient and timely decisions, educate and help our customers faster, and enable our value stream to keep up with projected demand increases. With a tremendous amount of data and information crossing the various functions and disciplines within the organization, it’s imperative that the latest & best tools are used to help in its decision making, especially in capturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the F100 program data strategy creation, execution and implementation activities.
  • Formulate strategic projects that support the business need based on stakeholder inputs.
  • Develop project plans and pursue funding options.
  • Projects to be developed in cooperation with IPMT overall strategic initiatives and prioritized based on business needs and timing.
  • Manage project execution with implementation teams including PW's Digital Technology department.
  • Ensure end-products are useful to the stakeholders and reduce non-value-added activities such as data verification, manual tracking and report generation.
  • Develop continuous improvement plans for future work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 7-10 years’ experience leading and managing large-scale projects; should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in a functional role
  • Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communications, and facilitation skills.
  • Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with & influence others.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • US Person Status required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Digital Technology waterline process
  • Familiarity with Program Management/IPMT structure
  • Knowledge of Qlik, SAP/MS Dynamics and other PW datasets,
  • Strong background in strategy development and implementation
  • Experience with stakeholder mapping and change management
  • Background in data analytics
