This role reports to the Vice President, Aftermarket Operations and will support the Commercial Engines Aftermarket Operations profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair Sales

o Develop strategies and action plans to achieve short and long term financial and operational goals, drive and execute developed strategy
o Identify, negotiate and assemble aftermarket opportunities, developing and implementing strategies ensuring sales targets and compete/win rates are met or exceeded
o Drive customer interaction, developing and maintaining successful relationships, including detailed business presentations, negotiations and contract closings.
o Fully understand the marketplace and competitors, communicating up-to-date information on the customer’s plans and needs, finding opportunities and threats and developing strategies to meet objectives and mobilize the resources of P&W to execute those initiatives
o Evaluate opportunities to ensure successful market penetration of new services.
Customer Support
o Aftermarket Operation’s leader of Production Analytics and Customer Experience
o Responsible for a team at PW Aftermarket Operations (AMO) Headquarters
o Coordinate annual delivery goal setting (Engine Overhauls)
o Owner for repair and engine center on-time delivery metrics process
o Develops and maintains operational performance analytic tools and dashboards
o Tracks and reports engine overhaul commitments
o Coordinates AMO network customer communications
o Drives standards and best practices for Customer Service across AMO units
o Centralized customer service communications and alignment meetings
o Manages MFA customer feedback survey
o Supports Commercial Engines program office activities
o Coordinates customer business reviews
o Provides executive reports and analytics

Basic Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business, finance or marketing) and 12+ years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

oMA/MS/MBA degree
o Proven capability developing growth strategies, commercial partnerships, and commercial deals.
o Experience working with operations entities (internal factories, supply chain). Excellent analytical skills evaluating commercial deals, financial forecasts, and operational performance.
o Effective social skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work with senior executives, and to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
o Demonstrated ability for Continuous Improvement and use of ACE tools.

o Worldwide travel is required; travel estimated at 15-20%
