Job Description
The HR Operations Coordinator role
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career, then we have a great opportunity for you.  We are seeking a high energy, self-starter to support processes impacting employee data.  Successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.  Candidate should also possess an aptitude for technology, sound judgment, flexibility to learn and adapt, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.  Must be sensitive to confidential material and be committed to quality.  Knowledge of Human Resources, benefits and/or payroll a plus.  Key responsibilities include:

•    Ensure transactions are executed accurately in a timely manner.
•    Provide in-depth support to business units in HRIS transactions, data review and validation, auditing and correcting.
•    Research and work in a team environment to resolve employee issues in many areas of Human Resources, by working directly with internal and external clients and vendors.
•    Transactional point of contact between customer relationship manager (CRM) system and business unit Human Resource representatives, managers, and employees.
•    Identify and drive process improvements across the function.
•    Analyze data issues and provide Relentless Root Cause Analysis in problem resolution.
•    Provide data-entry support to 60,000 employees.


Skills and experience
Preferred: Experience/Qualifications 
•    Minimum 1 year of customer service preferred
•    Ability to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Ability to work in a team environment
•    HRIS experience preferred
•    Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics
•    Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization.
•    Experience with MS Office preferred
•    Strong analytic skills


Education and Certifications
Associates Degree preferred.
