Demonstrate proper use of simple hand, machine tools and electrical/mechanical measuring devices in a cleanroom environment.
Take ownership for accuracy of processes and resulting costs.
Proficient in wafer handling.
Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions.
Responsible for quality.
Responsible for building parts that meet customer expectations & deadlines.
Responsible for compliance and adherence to applicable elements of the quality system.
Participate in cost reduction, scrap reduction, lean, process improvement, etc.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
Plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules.
Acquire applicable skills/knowledge/certifications as required.
Understands end use of completed products.
Complies with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
Adheres to daily cleaning schedule and 5S protocol.
Participates in cost or scrap reduction processes or events.
Ability to train/coach others as needed.
Participant in group and individual problem solving.
Demonstrates initiative in moving product in a timely manner within schedule.
Uses basic computer tools such as SAP and Auto-time.
Achieves special process certifications where applicable.
Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues.
Effectively interact with others.
HS Diploma or GED is required. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Must be available for overtime, including extended workdays and weekends.
Ability to comply with EH&S policies and procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate PPE.
Attend EH&S trainings as required.
Ability to report unsafe practices and/or conditions to the appropriate individuals to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
Ability to recommend improvements to EH&S practices to create a safer workplace.
Effectively work in a cleanroom environment 100% of the time.
Ability to operate silicon wafer processing equipment.
Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.
Ability to focus on safety while demonstrating quality.
Must be highly motivated and dedicated.
Production clean room experience is preferred.
Integrated circuit manufacturing experience is preferred.
