This position is for an assistant Drafting Services / Product Definition technician who is under immediate supervision. Assists engineers with all activities related to part, assembly, and installation engineering drawings. Assists with routine drafting assignments.
Works under immediate supervision to assist engineers with all activities related to part, assembly, and installation engineering drawings. Reproduces or traces drawings. Assists with routine drafting assignments requiring the application of standard drafting methods, procedures and techniques. Uses a computer or other drafting techniques to assist with scaling, dimensioning, or line locating according to standard industry procedures. Documents project activities and collects data. Compiles various details from sketches, drawings, or blueprints.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Associates' or undergraduate degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Design and or Drafting.
