This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Enterprise Services Finance Operations team. The candidate for this position will be responsible for Enterprise Service’s financial management of IT and Engineering CWAs (Company Wide Agreements) and will support the budgeting, Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (ES Brochure), and forecasting processes for other areas of ES.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
In this role you’ll be involved with financial management of IT and Engineering CWAs (Company Wide Agreements). The growing CWA Pool includes ~$180M of annual spend and encompasses agreements with more than 25 suppliers.
You will drive regular interaction with cross functional and BU partners and Engineering to understand financial impact of new and renewing contracts and to ensure that they are appropriately forecasted.
Support the budgeting, Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (ES Brochure), and forecasting processes and prepare financial analysis and present results to stakeholders for CWA pools and for non-CWA pool ES organizations.
Ensure streamlined execution of ARs/eCARs, PRs, POs, and invoicing.
Provide the financial analysis to ensure results are consistent with organizational objectives for ROI and NPV.
Support audit requests and educate various stakeholders.
Update process documentation.
Qualifications You Must Have:
You should be well organized and able to work independently. This position will work remotely so you must be able to effectively use virtual tools including MS Teams and Zoom.
You should also possess FP&A and problem-solving experience/skills and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be organized and be comfortable working independently and remotely in a challenging and deadline driven environment
Qualifications We Value:
Ability to understand complex supplier agreements and contractual terms and conditions.
Ability to work well cross-functionally and in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Practical experience using advanced Excel and Database tools to manage data and provide analysis including IRR, NPV and ROI.
Practical experience analyzing and manipulating large data sets.
Previous exposure to various allocation strategies to align with financial targets and commitments.
Ability to provide consistently excellent customer service.
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
Required Education and Experience
This position typically requires a Bachelors’ degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Finance, Business, accounting, IT or another related field and 5+ years of relevant financial experience
