The Intelligence and Space Mission Area Systems Engineering Team is looking for Systems Engineers to support several programs. You will support the accomplishment of engineering tasks in an iterative development environment. You will provide clarification of requirements to software agile development teams, integration and test personnel, performs system engineering analyses including trade studies, use case development, requirements definition and derivation, interface definition, and requirement validation and verification and supports planning / development and interfaces with personnel from other organizations. The Systems Engineer attends technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel, and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the development of their project, provides status on assigned Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks as required and provides document review and resolves technical systems engineering and integration issues. Additionally the Systems Engineer supports Engineer Change Process efforts as desired. In additional to program efforts the candidate may be asked to support various proposal efforts. This candidate must have the ability to manage time and resources in order to meet assigned deadlines.
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $7,500 for a candidate with a current TS/SCI clearance with that can be verified and hired at RIS.
- Familiarity with Cloud Architectures and deployment requirements for US DoD
- Bachelor's degree is required. STEM degree is preferred. Along with 2+ years’ of relevant experience - OR
- Master’s Degree STEM preferred with 0+ years’ of relevant experience
