Join Integrated Training Solutions (ITS), a fast paced, high visibility and rewarding portfolio that is expected to be an engine for growth in the Mission Systems organization. The Test and Training Instrumentation team is a vibrant, high performance organization with a get things done cadence. We are looking for an experienced program manager to execute the TCTS II Program Production Phase.  The Navy customer is expanding their production demands, leading to higher production volume and follow-on business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads TCTS II production phase including Range installations, training, and support to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, scope and cost performance

  • Serve as a primary customer contact for program production activities

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Business Development, and fellow Value Stream Leaders to develop and leverage product line solutions and capabilities

  • Run a profitable and predictable business through accurate forecasting, on-time deliveries, and management of risks and opportunities

  • Coordinates the preparation of proposals, proposal negotiations, program plans, schedule, budgets, and contract

  • Prepares and presents program management and financial reviews

  • Drives and develops continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality

  • Contribute to the development of the ITS Strategic Financial Plan and Annual Operating Plan

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must have the ability to obtain and active US DoD Security Clearance

  • US Citizenship required

  • 15% travel required

  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.  Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
